The Parent Hide Out Retreat at POST Family Resort in Unken, Salzburger Land (just 45 minutes from Salzburg), is a multi-day escape designed for parents with babies and toddlers aged approximately 0 to 2 years. Amidst nappies, work and the demands of everyday life, this retreat creates space to reconnect with yourselves, nurture your relationship and focus on your personal growth – through movement, one-on-one coaching with midwife Maike Campen, and honest conversations with parents who truly understand this stage of life.

What makes this retreat unique? No two retreats are the same. Movement sessions, workshops and topics are tailored to the group that attends, taking into account the age of your children and what matters most to you right now. Coaching takes place in individual one-on-one sessions, ensuring a highly personal experience. And because true relaxation requires genuine support, you'll enjoy 11 hours of professional baby and childcare every day from 9:00 a.m., giving you the freedom to fully immerse yourself in each session.

While you recharge, move, reflect or simply take a deep breath, your child will be lovingly cared for by our experienced childcare team. That's what transforms a retreat from just another programme into an experience that truly makes a difference.
